Call the County Directly

The intake form on this page allows you to enter specific details, upload images or files, and request a response from the County. If a phone call is more convenient, please call the County Administration Office at 780.785.3411 (toll-free 1.866.880.5722) to report your concern.

For after-hours inquiries, simply leave a message, and it will be routed to the relevant department for review and action.

Your information will not be shared and will be managed in accordance with the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Acts.

Lac Ste. Anne County does not accept anonymous submissions.

To ensure all reports can be properly investigated, verified, and followed up on by County staff, submitter contact information is mandatory. Forms submitted without valid contact details will not be processed. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a transparent and effective reporting process for our community.
