Just like in-person Council meetings, those who wish to address Council or participate in a discussion item via Zoom must book an appointment through the County's Executive Secretary at least 8 working days prior to the meeting.

Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Meeting agendas are made available via the County's agenda portal. County Council, Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) and Agricultural Service Board (ASB) meeting minute documents are attached to legacy calendar entries, and are also archived in the Meeting Minutes section of the County website.

The Municipal Government Act states that minutes will be taken without note or comment per Section 208(1)(a). The Chief Administrative Officer must ensure that all minutes of Council meetings are recorded in the English language, without note or comment.
