County on Alert for Power Pole Tampering

Lac Ste. Anne County Fire Services asks ratepayers to inspect power poles on their properties after a resident in Division 5 found a notched-out section on their pole. RCMP and utilities have been notified. Other potential occurrences in the region are now being investigated.

Please immediately report any suspicious damage to power poles to RCMP, your utility provider, or the County Fire Services at 780.785.3411 (toll-free 1.866.880.5722). Alternately, you can use our online Report a Concern form.

Please report any wildfire to 9-1-1 with exact location to assist Lac Ste. Anne County Fire Personnel in locating and extinguishing these fires promptly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
