As the price of groceries continues to be a challenge for many, The County helps ensure food banks and meals-on-wheels programs have the resources they need.

Lac Ste. Anne County Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) supports the following meals on wheels and food bank programs, and sincerely thanks these organizations for the service they continue to provide our communities.

To volunteer or donate, contact the Mayerthorpe Food Bank via the above information. Alternatively, you can drop in any Thursday night to speak to a volunteer.

If you need help help, please contact us at the above information before 11:00am on Mondays to request a hamper for Thursday pick up.

Onoway Meals on Wheels

Onoway Meals on Wheels is a not-for-profit volunteer organization that has operated in Onoway area for more than 35 years. Frozen meals are available for Onoway north and south, to Highway 43.

West End Meals on Wheels

Currently serving Sangudo, Mayerthorpe, Darwell, Alberta Beach and Gunn areas of Lac Ste. Anne County. Volunteers prepare and deliver meals to area seniors and disabled community members.
