LSACFS currently has just over 100 Firefighters on our roster, accompanied by two full-time staff, being the County Fire Chief and Deputy County Fire Chief. This number has remained steady over the past few years, but with the economy, we have seen many of our members leave to find full-time employment. This loss is not something that only Lac Ste. Anne County is facing; this is an issue throughout the province of Alberta.
