In Focus: Solid Waste Utility Update

In Focus Utility Fee UpdateAt the November 24th, 2016 Council meeting, County Council gave 2nd and 3rd reading to the Solid Waste Utility Amendment Bylaw #44-2016, which effectively allows the $107.50 utility fee invoiced in October to cover solid waste charges from January 1st, 2016 until December 31, 2017.

Although the billing period has been revised, the Utility Fee is still due by December 31st, 2016. Also, utility ratepayers who close (sign-off) their utility account during the billing period are will have the prorated unused portion of their payment are returned. About the County

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located in the Hamlet of Sangudo. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
