Join us at the University of Alberta’s Butterdome for an unforgettable experience and shop for handmade that lasts a lifetime! Pick ups:

December 9, 2023 | Horizon Stage - The Nadeau Ensemble: A Prairie Christmas Cost is $35 (full fare applies to those who are under 50 or who live out of the area). Led by Janelle Nadeau, formerly of Winter Harp, on pedal harp and vocals, this ensemble performs A Prairie Christmas, a captivating concert of music to celebrate the season, honouring and cherishing special traditions with family and friends. Janelle is joined by Serena Eades, a Sunshine Coast violinist, and Medieval instrumentalist Joaquin Ayala, whose special collection of rare instruments dates back to the 9th century.

December 15, 2923 | Huntley’s Christmas Trip. Cost is a Food Bank donation.

December 20, 2023 | Prime Rib Night at the Casino and The Dionne Family Light Display. Cost is $15 (full fare applies to those who are under 50 or who live out of the area). What could be better than a local night at the Eagle River Casino and their Prime Rib special? How about a trip up to the Dionne’s to enjoy their spectacular light display on Whitecourt Mountain (cash donation is included in the price). Followed by the long way home to enjoy local Christmas lights. It could be a country trip or a drive through town.

Registration Begins November 10. If you wish to have the schedule emailed to you please email [email protected]. If you do not have access to email you may pick a schedule up from the Town of Mayerthorpe Office or West End Bus Trips on Facebook.
Important Announcements:
- Minimum of 4 required at Fort Assiniboine and Goose Lake unless the bus is going past. Payments must be made prior to Deadline to avoid losing a spot to people on the waiting list.
- Cancellations must be made prior to the Registration Deadline. Refunds or Credits will not be issued if cancellations are after the registration deadline.
- Gift Certificates are available for purchase at Mayerthorpe Town Office. 780.786.2416
