Proposed amendments to Land Use Bylaw 22-2017 & Adoption of a New Area Structure Plan

A BYLAW to Adopt the Whitewood RV Park Expansion Area Structure Plan (ASP) for Lot 4, Block 1, Plan 1624304 within SE 33-53-04 W5M.
Comment deadline: May 18, 2026
A formal public hearing as required under the provisions of Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act (Sections 216.4, 606, 633, 640, and 692) will be held to hear formal presentations on the following proposal:
FIRST, the Lac Ste. Anne County Bylaw 22-2017 is hereby amended in accordance with the attached Bylaw 22-2017-01-2026:
Purpose:
- Redistricting the lands legally described and shown on the map identifying the lot in Schedule “A” from Agricultural ‘1’ (AG1) District to Commercial Recreation (CREC) District;
- amending Map 6 Region f to reflect the redistricting of the lands legally described and shown in Schedule “B” Commercial Recreation (CREC) District
AND SECOND, to adopt the Whitewood RV Park Expansion Area Structure Plan as Bylaw 13-2026, as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited as the “Whitewood RV Park Expansion Area Structure Plan Bylaw 13-2026;
2. Lac Ste. Anne County Bylaw No, 13-2026, known as the Whitewood RV Park Expansion Area Structure Plan, is hereby adopted in accordance with attached Schedule “A”.
First reading to Bylaw #22-2017-01-2026 and Bylaw 13-2026 were already given on April 23, 2026. Public hearing is scheduled below.
