November Utility Invoicing Change Due to Canada Post Strike
Options Available for Email Delivery or In-Person Pick-Up Starting December 5, 2024
Do you receive a monthly Utility Bill from the County? Attention residents within the Hamlet of Sangudo and customers along the North 43 Forcemain (wastewater line): Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are unable to mail out November Utility Invoices as regularly scheduled. This affects all mailed invoices, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Beginning December 5, 2024, the County offers the following options to receive your November Utility Invoice during the mail service disruption:
- Call the County Administration Office directly to inquire about your outstanding balance.
- Stop by in person during regular business hours for a printed copy.
- Receive your utility invoice via email.
Whether calling, emailing, or stopping by please have ready — your full name, address, and Utility Account Number to expedite processing.
