FCM Conference: Building Connections and Bringing Ideas Home

Members of Council and County CAO recently attended the 2026 Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Annual Conference and Trade Show in Edmonton, joining municipal leaders from across the country to explore the issues shaping local government. For a small rural and agriculture‑based community like ours, FCM is a valuable chance to learn from others, stay informed about national trends, and bring home ideas that support our residents, producers, and local businesses.
