When making a call to Lac Ste. Anne County outside of regular business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), there are a few ways it will be handled - depending on the reason for your call.

Non-Emergency Calls to Enforcement

Lac Ste. Anne County provides animal control, bylaw enforcement, and traffic enforcement services. The County does not provide emergency response services. Any matter that is criminal in nature must be reported to your local RCMP detachment. As always, in the event of Fire, Police, Ambulance or other emergency, please dial 911.

Although the County's Enforcement Officers work extended shifts beyond regular business hours, please note that they are not available 24/7 for response. Complaints and inquiries made after hours will be followed up by an available Enforcement Officer – either immediately if they are on duty, or during the next scheduled shift. Enforcement personnel always strive to respond as quickly as possible given call volume and priority of calls received.

General After-Hours Calls to the County

For after-hours inquiries, complaints or general County matters, simply call the County administration office at 780.785.3411 (toll-free 1.866.880.5722) and follow the instructions when prompted. Your call will be forwarded to the County's call centre and routed to the correct department accordingly, where it will be addressed during regular business hours.
