Budget Survey Results

Survey Highlights

Of the 48 respondents to the survey, almost 70% were in favour of an increased investment in projects to improve internet and mobile connectivity in rural areas. Road maintenance and infractructure were chosen by many as priorities for the coming year; and Industry and Agriculture were cited as economic drivers on which the County needs to focus. When asked about preferred methods of communication from the County, E-mail was the clear leader, followed closely by the County website and more traditional media like newspapers and mail inserts.
