Home Support Program

Vital Support for Regional Seniors

The Lac Ste. Anne County FCSS (Family & Community Support Services) Home Support initiative provides support to seniors’ (65+), who are residents of Lac Ste. Anne County, and are in need of light housekeeping services. The program is designed to support seniors’ as they remain independent in their own home by assisting them in keeping a clean and healthy living environment. Light housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to, sweeping, laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting, light snow shovelling, light weeding, and the like.

This valuable program has grown tremendously over the past 2 years. We have several clients already benefiting from the cleaning services and the subsided rates, but we still have the capacity to assist more. If you're a County senior, or know of someone who is, that would appreciate assistance with light housekeeping, please apply today! Our trained workers are ready to help.
