Check the table below to review all recent Discretionary Development Permits that have been conditionally approved subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board or, Municipal Government Board. All Development Permits are posted in the Lac Ste. Anne Bulletin.
Anyone who claims to be affected and who wishes to lodge an appeal against any of the conditionally-approved developments must do so in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board on or before the dates as noted in each notice.

Interested parties are encouraged to contact the Planning and Development Department at 1.866.880.5722 or devassistant@LSAC.ca, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm to request additional information on a permit.
