Conditionally Approved Permits

Check the table below to review all recent Discretionary Development Permits that have been conditionally approved subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board or, Municipal Government Board. All Development Permits are posted in the Lac Ste. Anne Bulletin.

Anyone who claims to be affected and who wishes to lodge an appeal against any of the conditionally-approved developments must do so in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board on or before the dates as noted in each notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Lac Ste. Anne County requires that a non-refundable fee of $200.00 must be paid for every appeal served on the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Appeal fees may be paid by cheque made payable to Lac Ste. Anne County or by Visa, MasterCard or debit card (only if the appeal is filed in person at Lac Ste. Anne County office.

The following Development Permits have been approved or conditionally approved under the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw. This list does not include Permitted Uses.
