Check the table below to review all recent Discretionary Development Permits that have been conditionally approved subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board or, Municipal Government Board. All Development Permits are posted in the Lac Ste. Anne Bulletin. Anyone who claims to be affected and who wishes to lodge an appeal against any of the conditionally-approved developments must do so in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board on or before the dates as noted in each notice. To appeal any of these permits as an affected land owner, please review the requirements in the Subdivision & Development Appeal Board section.
