Area Structure Plans are documents that are approved by Lac Ste. Anne County Council as bylaws. An Area Structure Plan provides a framework that describes:

• Proposed land uses density of population
• Sequence of development
• General location of major roadways
• Public utilities in the area
• Any additional requirements that Council may require
