The Organizational meeting will commence in the County Council Chambers at 56521 Range Road 65, Lac Ste. Anne County, Alberta. All meetings commence at 9:30 am unless otherwise advertised, and are open to the public (via videoconference only until further notice).

Meeting Presentation and Participation via Zoom

Just like in-person Council meetings, if you wish to address Council or participate in a discussion item, an appointment must be booked through the Executive Secretary at least 8 working days prior to the meeting. When you join a Council meeting via Zoom, your ability to raise your hand or use your microphone or otherwise participate in the videoconference will be disabled unless you have made an appointment.

County Council, Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) and Agricultural Service Board (ASB) meeting minute documents are archived in the Council Meeting Minutes section of the County website. For digital or hard copies of minutes and other legacy documents introduced before Council, please contact Legislative Services at 780.785.3411 (toll-free 1.866.880.5722) or email LSAC (@) LSAC.ca. Copying and administration charges may apply.

The Municipal Government Act states that minutes will be taken without note or comment per Section 208(1)(a). The Chief Administrative Officer must ensure that all minutes of Council meetings are recorded in the English language, without note or comment.
