In-person meeting attendance will not be permitted unless an approved appointment has been made in advance with the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB). This meeting will commence at 10:00 am, and is open to the public (via videoconference only until further notice).

Meeting Presentation and Participation via Zoom

Just like in-person SDAB meetings, if you wish to address the SDAB or participate in a discussion item, an appointment must be booked through the Executive Secretary at least 8 working days prior to the meeting. When you join a meeting via Zoom, your ability to raise your hand or use your microphone or otherwise participate in the videoconference will be disabled unless you have made an appointment.

The Municipal Government Act states that minutes will be taken without note or comment per Section 208(1)(a). The Chief Administrative Officer must ensure that all minutes of Council meetings are recorded in the English language, without note or comment.
