This County Council meeting will be hosted via Zoom videoconference. In-person meeting attendance will not be permitted unless an approved appointment has been made in advance with Council. Council meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of each month unless otherwise advertised. All meetings commence at 9:30 am unless otherwise advertised, and are open to the public (via videoconference only until further notice).

Meeting Presentation and Participation via Zoom

Just like in-person Council meetings, if you wish to address Council or participate in a discussion item, an appointment must be booked through the Executive Secretary at least 8 working days prior to the meeting. When you join a Council meeting via Zoom, your ability to raise your hand or use your microphone or otherwise participate in the videoconference will be disabled unless you have made an appointment.

County Council, Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) and Agricultural Service Board (ASB) meeting minute documents are archived in the Council Meeting Minutes section of the County website. The Municipal Government Act states that minutes will be taken without note or comment per Section 208(1)(a). The Chief Administrative Officer must ensure that all minutes of Council meetings are recorded in the English language, without note or comment.
