Rural Beautification Contest 2017

The 2017 Rural Beautification contest is now underway! Hosted by the Agricultural Services department, this annual spring contest is designed to promote excellence in horticulture, help keep Lac Ste. Anne County beautiful, and recognize the horticultural handiwork of our residents.

Promoting Excellence in Horticulture

The 2017 Rural Beautification Contest showcases the best horticultural handiwork of our residents. Nominate a friend, a neighbour, or even yourself!

Two photographs may be requested. First place prizes will be awarded for each category. Criteria for judging include use of plant material, health of plants, blending rural life with landscape, use of conservation practices, and outbuildings.


Acreages - 10 acres and smaller

Small Holding - 11-79 acres

Farm - 80+ acres
