SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held as follows:
Date: Monday, July 13
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Location: Council Chambers
Purpose: To consider a personnel matter.
The meeting will be held in Closed Session in accordance with the applicable provisions of County's Meeting Procedures Bylaw 09-2026 and governing legislation relating to personnel matters.
Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Meeting agendas are made available via the County's agenda portal. County Council, Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) and Agricultural Service Board (ASB) meeting minute documents are attached to legacy calendar entries, and are also archived in the Meeting Minutes section of the County website.

The Municipal Government Act states that minutes will be taken without note or comment per Section 208(1)(a). The Chief Administrative Officer must ensure that all minutes of Council meetings are recorded in the English language, without note or comment.
