In Plain Language
The County is currently considering the closure of the undeveloped roeas plan noted above. The reason for the proposed closure is that there is no future viable use for the land as a legal roadway; a bylaw must be drafted and a public hearing held first under the provisions of Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act (Sections 216.4, 606, 632, 640, and 692).
The above is to let folks know about when and where the Public Hearing will take place.
