Public Hearing of Bylaw 22-2017-07-2024

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Lac Ste. Anne County is considering an application for amendment to Land Use Bylaw 22-2017, to amend the existing DC District 15-01 Lutheran Camp Koinonia by:

• Applying several amendments to the existing DC district 15-01 Lutheran Camp Koinonia that pertain to:
  • Introducing the definition ‘Secondary Lot’.
  • Amending other definitions for consistency.
  • Including several minor text corrections.

The proposed amendment and/or application may be reviewed during regular business hours at the County Administration Office located at 56521 Range Road 65.
