View Current Events CalendarPursuant to the provisions of Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Lac Ste. Anne County is considering an application for amendment to Land Use Bylaw 22-2017 by:
- Redistricting the lands legally described and shown on the map identifying the lot in Schedule “A” from Country Residential Ranch (CRR) District to Highway Development (HD) District;
- Amending Map 4 Region D and Map 6 Region F to reflect the redistricting of the lands legally described and shown in Schedule “B” to Highway Development (HD) District.

Written comments on the above-proposed bylaws may be provided before 4:30 p.m. on June 5, 2025 to:

The proposed amendment and/or application may be reviewed during regular business hours at the County Administration Office located at 56521 Range Road 65.

A landowner/developer has applied to the municipality to redistrict Block OT Plan 0322775 from Country Residential District to a Highway Development District. In order to amend the Land Use Bylaw for redistricting, a bylaw must be drafted and a public hearing held first under the provisions of Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act (Sections 216.4, 606, 632, 640 and 692).
