Pursuant to the provisions of Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Lac Ste. Anne County is considering an application for amendment to Land Use Bylaw 22-2017, by amending NE 36-56-07 W5M through proposed Bylaw 22-2017-04-2024.

The proposed amendments include:

  • Redistricting a portion of the lands within the lot legally described as Lot 8 & 9, Block 3, Plan 6967BG, within NW 36-56-07 W5M from Hamlet Commercial (HC) District to Urban Residential (UR) District under Bylaw 22-2017; and
  • Amending Map 3 Region C & Map 7 Hamlet of Sangudo to reflect the redistricting of the lands legally described in Schedule “B” & “C” to Urban Residential (UR) under Bylaw 22-2017.
