View Current Events CalendarPursuant to the provisions of Section 674 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Lac Ste. Anne County is considering and amendment to Bylaw 17-2024 for removal of municipal reserve designation from the following County-owned properties:
- Redistricting a portion of SW 31-53-1-W5, and all the lands within NW 30-53-1-W5, and NE 30-53-1-W5 from Aggregate Resource Extraction & Processing (AR) District to Agricultural 1 (AG1) District under Bylaw 22-2017;
- Amending Map 6 Region ‘F’ to reflect the redistricting of the lands legally described in Schedule “A” & “B” to Agricultural 1 (AG1) under Bylaw 22-2017;

Written comments on the above proposed bylaws may be provided before 4:30 p.m. on November 19, 2024, to:

The proposed amendment and/or application may be reviewed during regular business hours at the County Administration Office located at 56521 Range Road 65.

Landowner(s) have applied to request that the County redistrict several parcels from Aggregate Resource Extraction & Processing to Agricultural zoning. In order to amend the Land Use Bylaw for redistricting, a bylaw must be drafted and a public hearing held first under the provisions of Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act (Sections 216.4, 606, 632, 640 and 692).
