Public Hearing - Bylaw 22-2017-06-2026
A formal public hearing as required under the Municipal Government Act (Sections 216.4, 606, 633, 640, and 692) will be held to hear formal presentations on the following proposal:
Lac Ste. Anne County Bylaw 22-2017 is hereby amended in accordance with the attached Bylaw 22-2017-06-2026:
Purpose;
- Redistrict SW 16-56-04 W5M, SE 17-56-04 W5M and Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 2420108 within SE 17-56-04 W5M from Agricultural ‘1’ (AG1) District to Aggregate Resource Extraction & Processing (AR) District;
- Redistrict NW 16-56-04 W5M from Agricultural ‘2’ (AG2) District to Aggregate Resource Extraction & Processing (AR) District;
- Amend Map 5 Region E to reflect the redistricting of the lands legally described and shown in Schedule “C” Aggregate Resource Extraction & Processing (AR) District

Anyone wishing to address Council at the Public Hearing is requested to contact Senior Planner, Tanya Vanderwell at 780.785.3411 to register as a speaker. Those intending to present remotely via Zoom must contact Tanya Vanderwell prior to the hearing to obtain the direct presenter link. Speaking times for all presenters, whether participating in person or online, shall be in accordance with the Meeting Procedures Bylaw #09-2026 which provides a maximum of five (5) minutes per speaker.
