As a stakeholder near the proposed development, you are invited to attend a public open house. The open house will provide information regarding the Aggregate Resource Extraction and Processing development.
The AGGREGATE RESOURCE EXTRACTION and PROCESSING development is within the requirements and standards set by Lac Ste. Anne County. The land parcels total 132.68 hectares (327.86 acres) in size.
The pit is an existing permitted development, located on NE & NW 33-53-03-W5M and SW 34-53-03-W5M. The pit will be 63.61 ha in size and previously held Development Permit No. 193193-13-D0019, which now requires renewal.
To renew the Development Permit, a land districting change is required to redistrict the land from the existing Agricultural '1' District (AG1) land use to an Aggregate Resource Extraction & Processing (AR) land use in accordance with the Lac Ste. Anne County's Land Use Bylaw 22-2017.
As a stakeholder with property in the vicinity of the described development, you are invited to an "OPEN HOUSE" to review and discuss documents and drawings for the development, to be known as Alberta Beach Pit.
