You can search for your property by Roll Number, Short Legal (Plan, Block, Lot), Long Legal, or by your Municipal Address.

To search, open the Assessment Roll files (listed below) pertaining to your property. If your property is in a Hamlet or Named Subdivision see files below. If you are searching a rural property, open the file pertaining to the Range in the long legal (ie. SE 24-54-3-5 = Quarter, Section, Township, Range, Meridian). Press “CTRL F”. This will open a search window located at the top right-hand portion of your screen. Type in any one of the categories above and hit enter.

Assessment & Taxation

Each year, the County assesses properties based on the previous year's market values to determine municipal and education tax amounts.

Protective Services

The County employs Community Peace Officers, Bylaw Enforcement Officers and Animal Control Officers to uphold and enforce municipal bylaws.

About the County

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located at 56521 Range Road 65. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
