Become a County Election Worker

Have some time to spare and interested in making some extra money this election season? Sign up to become an election worker for the County and earn $250 to $300 per day plus mileage expenses. Previous election experience is an asset, but not a requirement.

Lac Ste. Anne County is seeking Presiding Deputy Returning Officers (PDROs) and Deputy Returning Officers (DROs) to assist at the 2017 Municipal Election. Previous municipal election experience would be an asset. Successful candidates MUST attend the orientation day on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 and/or Thursday, October 5, 2017 and may be required to participate in the Advance Vote being held on Friday, October 6, 2017 in Sangudo, Alberta and on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 in Gunn, Alberta. Successful candidates must be prepared to participate on Election Day October 16, 2017.

About the County

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located in the Hamlet of Sangudo. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
