Wastewater System Work Underway

Residents of the Summer Village of Yellowstone; Summer Village of Castle Island; and Lac Ste. Anne County in the vicinity of the Hamlet of Gunn are advised that construction activities for the Wastewater Collection System will continue this Spring with pressure testing of all wastewater transmission and collection commencing the week of April 10, 2017.

Tyschuk Construction Ltd. has obtained Alberta Environment and Parks approval for utilizing lake water for all pressure testing. All water used for pressure testing will be discharged to North 43 Lagoon Commission wastewater treatment facility.

Residents will be kept informed of any progress and services connections updates via the County website and social media channels.

About the County

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located in the Hamlet of Sangudo. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
