Cosmodome Space Camp Opportunity 2018

 

Lac Ste. Anne County is excited to provide the unique opportunity for one (1) Lac Ste. Anne County resident aged 12-15 to attend the Cosmodome Space Camp in Laval, Quebec from August 12 to August 17.

 

Alberta Dutch Elm Disease Awareness Week is from June 22-28

 

Dutch Elm Disease Awareness Week takes place June 22 to 28 across Alberta. The intent of this week is to raise awareness about the dangers of Dutch elm disease (DED), the importance of elm trees to our communities, and that DED can be prevented. At present, Alberta has the largest DED-free American elm stand in the world, and it is important to protect this valuable resource worth well over one billion dollars. 

 

Important Notice - Taxes Are due

 

We wish to remind all Lac Ste. Anne County property owners that County taxes are due and payable by June 30th , 2018. Any current tax amounts that remain unpaid after June 30th , 2018 will be subject to a 6% penalty on July 1st , 2018.

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located at 56521 Range Road 65. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
