2018 Seasonal Campground Rate

Council concurred with the recommendation of the Campground Committee and established the 2018 Seasonal Campground Rate, for the Lessard Lake Public Campground and the Paddle River Dam Campground, for a power/water site at $2,100.00 (includes GST), plus a $500.00 refundable security deposit.


Fire Services First and Second Quarter Statistics

Council accepted the Lac Ste. Anne County Fire Services 2017 first and second quarter Fire Statistics for information.

Agricultural Service Board Bursary Funding

Council concurred with the recommendation of the Lac Ste. Anne County Agricultural Service Board to transfer the 2017 Producer Bursary Program funds to the 2017 Student Bursary Program. The transfer was made to accommodate the applications received to these programs this year.


Community & Protective Services List of Successes

Council accepted the Community & Protective Services (CPS) Successes to Celebrate report. The report highlights the accomplishments of CPS from the past few years. The Corporate & Legislative Services and Infrastructure & Planning Successes to Celebrate reports are scheduled for presentation in the coming weeks. The CSP report will be posted to the website shortly.


Special Ballots for the Municipal Election

Council has approved the use of special ballots for the 2017 Municipal Election. These ballots allow voters who are out of the Country on voting day, disabled or working as a returning officer, deputy returning officer, constable, candidate, official agent or scrutineer on Elections Day, an alternative voting method. More information and applications are available in the Election 2017 section of the County website.

About the County

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located in the Hamlet of Sangudo. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
